Grid Top Tables
Enhance your portable measuring arm system with strong, light weight and
very accuract American Modular Tooling Grid Top Inspection Tables machined
of 7075-T6 aluminun with hard coat anodized finish.
Features:
- High quality, high accuracy AMT components assemble in various configurations
that allow the user to take the work surface to the job with the portable
CMM attached directly to the work surface.
- The grid plate work surface provides two seperate grid areas 375mm x
550mm (25mm center-to-center of hole location) each with a non-gridded area
in between which provides a quick check surface for a small fixture.
- The grid surface features M6 threaded holes with 12.5mm counter bores which
work with thousands of American Modular Tooling components to provide
work holding, framing, locating and clamping options
- All tables include swivelling, shock absorbing casters with locks and
guaranteed shape retention.
- All table frames are flat, square and parallel to top and side surfaces
to 0.002mm / 030008".
